Editor’s Note: Pulling tens of thousands of pages of court records for these cases requires payment of PACER fees to the U.S. Government. An explanation of why we believe this is a complete racket is here. To offset our costs for providing the documents free to the public, please consider a paid subscription to Court Watch. If you choose to do so, our preference is a paid subscription, but if you’d like to make a one time show of support, you can do so at our tipjar.

Since January 20th, more than six hundred lawsuits have been filed and we are trying our best to keep this page updated in real-time. The newest cases are at the bottom.

At the end of the December 2025, we made the decision to stop adding tariff lawsuits because the hundreds of cases are standard boilerplate that companies are filing so that they have standing once the Supreme Court rules on the legality of the use of tariffs and the cases are being consolidated into one docket. You can see a list of the hundreds of tariff cases here.

If you’re new to Court Watch, we’d encourage you to check out our reporting.
