On July 15, according the a court order posted on the Alien Terrorist Removal Court website, the attorney general submitted the court’s first application. (https://www.atrc.uscourts.gov/docs/2026-TRC-1-Order.pdf)

On July 16, the court had a hearing with the government. The court has requested more information on the sealed application. DOJ has until July 22nd to do so.
